Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy 🔹 Appointments Must Be Booked in Advance All consultations must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. 🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or reschedule. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) are non-refundable. 🔹 Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided for all sessions. After 10 minutes, the session may be canceled or shortened based on availability. 🔹 Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule one time without penalty. Additional reschedules will require a new booking. Payment & Refund Policy 🔹 Payment Required at Booking All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. 🔹 Refunds Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session. If the session has already started or been completed, no refunds will be issued. 🔹 No Refunds for Digital Services Due to the nature of consulting and coaching services, refunds are not available for completed sessions or digital products/documents provided.
